Lance Lucarelli was born in 1968 at the well-known Margaret Hague Hospital in Jersey City. He grew up down the shore in Ocean Township, New Jersey, where he spent his early years before eventually finding his way to Bayonne.

At 18 years old, Lance began visiting Bayonne regularly and quickly built a strong connection to the community. In 1997, he made the decision to make Bayonne his permanent home and has proudly lived and invested in the city ever since.

Lance is a successful building developer who owns and manages multiple properties throughout the state of New Jersey. In addition to his work in real estate, he is also the owner of Bayonne’s well-known Americano Italian Steakhouse, a local restaurant that has become a staple in the community.

He is also a proud father of three sons, all of whom are now grown. Family has always been a central part of Lance’s life and continues to shape his values and commitment to the community.

Lance Lucarelli is running for mayor because he believes Bayonne deserves stronger leadership and real solutions to ongoing problems. After years of living, working, and investing in the city, he has seen firsthand where improvements are needed, including infrastructure, transportation, environmental concerns, and economic growth.

He is not a career politician. He brings real world experience, a business mindset, and a deep understanding of the community. Lance is running to fix long standing issues, make smarter decisions for the city’s future, and ensure Bayonne remains a place where families and businesses can thrive.
